Education

At the invitation of the Strategic Planning Society we have run many one-day courses introducing our Value Chain Analysis approach to senior strategists. Feedback has always been strongly positive, indicated by participant comments such as 'Excellent overall', 'Extremely useful', 'Excellent approach', 'Technical content excellent' and, simply, 'It was great!'. Similar workshops have been conducted for corporate clients, such as The BBC World Service and Walt Disney UK, to stimulate strategic thinking and analysis among their senior staff.

Andrew has lectured on Business Strategy at several Universities, including NUI Galway, (where he is adjunct Professor in the Department of Management), Northumbria and Durham.
